Fitness Boot Camp
At our four week program of fitness instruction, nutritional
education and motivational training. You will be inspired and have fun while participating in a fantastic workout led by qualified
and passionate instructors. There are a variety of morning classes depending on the location, see the chart for your options.
Classes run for 1 hour a day, 3-5 days a week Monday
to Friday.
Please don't worry about your age, size or fitness
level, you can achieve great results. Whether you are a beginner, an avid fitness enthusiast or just tired of the same old
workout or gym routine, this is for you!
Each day of camp will be different. Camps will combine
callisthenics, core conditioning, short distance running, muscular strength, skipping rope, circuit training, obstacle courses,
themed days and more. You will not be bored with this workout.
