Training philosophy
We believe in making your training as enjoyable as possible but remember we also believe in making your workout effective.
That means you have to work hard, it can be tough for some but the pain does not last for long. The fitter you become and
the lighter you become the easier your pain will be and the greater your sense of achievement.
We expect you to lose inches, we expect you to lose weight, we expect you to stick to it and train three time a week
minimum. If you don’t we can’t guarantee the result can we.
We use kettlebells (cannon balls with handles on) and other weight equipment like sand bags and sledge hammers, we
use natural movement and obstacles in every day life to get the most out of your workout.
During an hour training you will burn around 800 calories plus have an elevated metabolism for 2 – 3 hours after
that, all burning extra fat off your body.
It’s a known fact that working out on your own or on your own in the gym you will be 60% less effective.
