My boot camp, the trainer and employee’s accept no liability for undisclosed medical information
leading to an accident claim caused by accident due to the recruit failing to disclose important medical facts. The organisation
is fully covered by insurance for all incidents and consequences subsequent to training activities whilst on a boot camp and
under supervision of its trainer.
Employees and trainers are only trained for basic medical emergencies.
The recruit understands that they will participate in a strenuous activity, that they will not be
expected to work beyond there ability, that they will stop if they feel unwell, pain or nausea and notify the group instructor
or trainer.
The boot camp is a test of physical and mental endurance, the activities include obstacle courses,
natural obstacles found in the environment and fitness exercises designed to test you, do offer the opportunity for personal
injuries. The organisation does take all reasonable steps to limit the cause of accidents but can not guarantee complete safety.
